摘要
针对 4 号板坯连铸机经长期运行,设备老化,精度降低,部分功能丧失问题,采取了结晶器调宽改造,扇形段支撑结构调整,扇形段精度提高等措施,使连铸机综合性能得到很大提升,设备精度满足了生产要求,故障率下降,产品质量得到保证.
Abstract
In view of the long-term operation of the No.4 slab caster,the aging of the equipment,the reduction of accuracy,and the loss of some functions,measures such as the transformation of mold width adjustment,the adjustment of the support structure of the segment,and the improvement of the accuracy of the segment are adopted,so that the comprehensive performance of the continuous caster is greatly improved,the accuracy of the equipment meets the production requirements,the failure rate is reduced,and the product quality is guaranteed.
