摘要
为保证特种设备桥式起重机在工作繁重且使用环境恶劣的条件下,其设备运转状态的良好,安全可靠运行,将"设备预修管理"这一理念运用到实际工作中,以提高各操作岗位人员的技能水平和管理人员的设备管理能力,进而提高设备运行效率、降低设备热停工时间,降低设备的成本投入.
Abstract
In order to ensure that the special equipment,bridge crane,is in good operation condition and safe and reliable operation under the conditions of heavy workload and harsh using environment,the concept of predictive maintenance management of equipment is applied to the practical work,so as to improve the skill level of personnel in various operating positions and the equipment management ability of management personnel to further improve equipment operation efficiency,reduce equipment hot shutdown time,so as to reduce the equipment cost investment.
