通过对 3#500 m2 烧结机 1#、2#风箱导气管翻板采用三通式通风结构及液压调整阀控制改造,彻底解决了直通翻板式蝶阀易堵料卡死、风箱积料磨损台车、翻板调整装置崩裂失效等问题,实现了点火炉膛内微负压操作条件下烧结过程的有效控制,烧结煤气消耗同比降低了 15.7%,有利于降低烧结矿成本.
Modification Practice of Micro-negative Pressure Adjusting Device of 500 m2 Sintering Machine
By adopting the transformation of three-way type ventilation structure and hydraulic adjustment valve control for the flaps of 1#and 2#bellows air pipes of 3#500 m2 sintering machine,the problems of straight-through flap butterfly valve easy material blocking,trolley wearing caused by bellows material accumulation,cracking and failure of flap adjustment device are completely solved.The effective control of the sintering process under the condition of micro-negative pressure operation in the ignition hearth is realized,and the consumption of sintering gas is reduced by 15.7%year-on-year,which is conducive to reducing the cost of sinter ore.
