分析了鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司压缩空气系统能耗存在的问题,提出了对生产侧、管网侧、用户侧三方面改造方案,包括对主机高效化改造、管网优化改造及管控技术改造.方案实施后,年降低电耗2 242×104 kW·h,年节约电费 1 201 万元.实现了大型钢铁企业压缩空气节能系统的低碳运行改造管理.
Low-carbon Operation Transformation of Compressed Air System
This paper analyzes the problems existing in energy consumption of compressed air system in Bayuquan Iron and Steel Branch Company of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.,and puts forward three transformation schemes of production side,pipe network side and user side,including high-efficiency transformation of main engine,optimization transformation of pipe network and transformation of management and control technology.After the implementation of the scheme,the annual power consumption will be reduced by 22.42 million kW·h,and the annual electricity bill will be saved by 12.01 million yuan.As a result,the low-carbon operation transformation management of compressed air energy-saving system in large iron and steel enterprises was realized.
