The wide and heavy plate rolling mills use rolling force dynamometer to measure rolling force,which can adjust and control the thickness and shape of plates in production.For wide and heavy plate rolling mills,the measured force value of rolling force cell is huge,so abnormal situations are easy to occur during the use.This paper introduces the structure and installation precautions of the cell of rolling force dynamometer,and analyzes and deals with the abnormal rigidity coefficient of rolling mill and abnormal fluctuation of roll gap during the use of rolling force cell.
