Through the analysis of the problem of belt conveyor return with material,the research direction of replacing the traditional management method of belt conveyor return with material by a new-type scraper was determined,and the specific scheme was formulated and implemented,which achieves the purpose of reducing belt conveyor return with material,improves the operating efficiency and reduces the operating cost of belt conveyor.
