This paper analyzes several defects of large inclination angle belt conveyor,focuses on the problems that often appear in the operation of belt conveyor,and adopts effective design scheme to solve them,which shortens the unplanned shutdown time caused by the influence of belt conveyor,reduces the failure of belt conveyor,and prolongs the service life of belt,thus bringing considerable economic benefits to enterprises.
