In view of the problems of surplus gas utilization such as blast furnace gas emission,inefficient gas power generation and low-price export of coke oven gas in a large amount of blast furnace gas,coke oven gas and converter gas produced in the production in iron and steel enterprises,from the perspective of gas power generation and chemical utilization,different gas power generation methods and chemical utilization of gas are studied.This paper puts forward the construction of coke oven gas to LNG(liquefied natural gas)project and supercritical blast furnace gas power generation project,and introduces the experience of steel mills in efficient utilization of coke oven gas and blast furnace gas,which provides reference for metallurgical enterprises.
