Study and Process Optimization on Problem of Lance Sticking of Low Silicon Molten Iron Smelting in Converter
In view of the problem of lance sticking caused by smelting low silicon molten iron,combined with the theoretical analysis of lime dissolution mechanism,influence of slag composition on lime dissolution and lithofacies change of low silicon molten iron,the converter operation was optimized from the aspects of material structure adjustment,quartz sand fluxing,time of adding auxiliary materials and ferric materials,oxygen supply intensity and lance position,and the problem of lance sticking caused by low silicon molten iron operation was improved.
