Feasibility Study on Localization of Main Reducer of Loesche Vertical Mill
The localization of major technical equipment is the only way to improve domestic productivity and cost reduction and efficiency increase for enterprises,especially in terms of equipment maintenance costs.The cost,procurement cycle and technology monopoly of imported reducers have become bottlenecks and barriers to equipment maintenance costs.This paper analyzes the present situation of the main reducer of Loesche vertical mill imported by Rizhao Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,discusses the feasibility of localization of imported reducer under the condition that domestic reducer technology is becoming more and more mature at present,and predicts the cost reduction benefit after localization,and it is imperative to localize imported reducer.
