This paper discusses the safety impact of the changes brought about by the new production mode after the transformation and upgrading of enterprises on the high safety risk links of hoisting operations.By adopting special risk identification and control,special education for employees,promoting self-improvement of safety conditions,and transformation of lifting slings and hoisting equipment,etc.,it quickly keeps up with the pace of the transformation and upgrading of enterprises in safety management.As a result,the safety management and control ability of hoisting operations was improved,and the safety risks were reduced.
