摘要
通过对 360 m2 烧结机系统冷3 皮带机头传动装置延长,2#椭圆等厚振动筛及辅助设施拆除后,利用原振动筛土建基础结构进行改造加固,整体安装新型环保振动筛,并对筛箱导料槽、除尘设施优化改造,提高了成品烧结矿筛分效率,降低了电能消耗约 16.6 万元/a,筛板备件消耗降低约13.3 万元/a.
Abstract
After extending the transmission device of belt conveyor head of No.3 cooling machine of 360 m2 sintering machine system and dismantling No.2 elliptical and equally thick vibrating screen and auxiliary facilities,the civil foundation structure of the original vibrating screen was transformed and reinforced,a new environmentally-friendly vibrating screen was installed as a whole,and the guide chute and dust removal facilities of the screen box were optimized and transformed.As a result,the screening efficiency of finished sinter was improved,the electric energy consumption was reduced by about 166,000 yuan/a and the spare parts consumption of the sieve plate was reduced by about 133,000 yuan/a.
