摘要

针对精轧机下阶梯垫调整装置导向架动作过程中易发生连接螺栓松动、卡阻、梁变形等故障,通过优化改进连接螺栓形式及安装位置等措施,卡阻、螺栓松动等问题得到有效解决.

Abstract

In view of the faults of connecting bolts loosening,jam and beam deformation easily occur during the action of the guide frame of the adjusting device of the lower stepped plate of the finishing mill,the problems of jam and loosening of bolts are effectively solved by optimizing and improving the form and installation position of connecting bolts.
