大型桁车从低标高的吊车梁上转场至高标高的吊车梁上时,由于场地受限,传统的方法是大型桁车先拆除再安装,既浪费大量物力、财力和时间,又难以保产.针对此问题,在现场施工管理工作中,结合实际,提出大型桁车斜坡梁上牵引施工技术.实施该技术不受施工现场场地的制约,加速了工程进度,相对于整体拆除安装大型桁车,既缩短了工期,又提高了劳动生产率,确保早日投产,增加了企业经济效益.
Construction Technology on Upward Traction of Ramp Beam of Large-scale Crane
When a large-scale crane is transferred from a low-elevation crane beam to the higher one,due to the limited site,the traditional method is to dismantle and then reinstall it,which not only wastes a lot of material resources,financial resources and time,but also makes it difficult to ensure production.In view of this problem,combined with the actual situation,the upward traction construction technology on the ramp beam of large-scale crane is put forward during site construction.The implementation of this technology is not restricted by the construction site,which accelerates the progress of the project.Compared with the overall dismantling and re-installation of large-scale cranes,it not only shortens the construction period,but also improves labor productivity,ensures early production and increases the economic benefits of enterprises.
