摘要
由于高炉吹管经常发生烧蚀、破损等情况,造成吹管需要更换安装.原高炉吹管安装主要是靠人工进行,耗时耗力,为此设计出一种新型链桥式高炉吹管快速安装装置,此装置结构简单,便于操作,大大降低了作业强度,节省了人力资源,提高了作业效率与质量,有效保障了高炉正常生产.
Abstract
Due to the frequent ablation and damage of blast furnace blowpipes,the blowpipes need to be replaced and installed.The installation of the original blast furnace blowpipe is mainly carried out manually,which consumes time and labor.Therefore,a new type of rapid installation device for chain bridge type blowpipes of blast furnace was designed.This device has simple structure and easy operation,greatly reduces the operation intensity,saves human resources,improves the operation efficiency and quality,and effectively guarantees the normal production of the blast furnace.
