摘要
针对炼铁厂高炉区域内原有的煤气监测系统中存在的问题进行了分析,根据最新标准要求,利用现有资源通过自行设计,开发出新的煤气监测系统,有效地解决了原有系统中的各项不足,完善了高炉区域煤气监测系统的覆盖面,提高了炼铁厂煤气监测系统的运行稳定性,为炼铁厂煤气系统的安全运行提供有效保障.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the problems existing in the original gas monitoring system in the blast furnace area of iron-making plant.According to the requirements of the latest standard,a new gas monitoring system was developed by self-design by using existing resources,which effectively solves the shortcomings in the original system,improves the coverage of the gas monitoring system in the blast furnace area,improves the operation stability of the gas monitoring system in iron-making plant,and provides effective guarantee for the safe operation of the gas system in iron-making plant.
