摘要
通过膜片联轴器在莱歇立磨系统中的实际应用,将原有弗兰德进口联轴器备件进行替代转化,实现了联轴器备件的巨大降本,且在人力和时长等方面提高了效率,打破了国外进口备件对磨机备件的垄断的现象,为后续进口件国产化指明了方向和方法.
Abstract
Through the practical application of diaphragm coupling in Loesche vertical mill system,the originally imported coupling spare parts from Flender were replaced and transformed,which realized a huge cost reduction of coupling spare parts,improved the efficiency in manpower and time,broke the monopoly of foreign imported spare parts on mill spare parts,and pointed out the direction and method for the subsequent localization of imported parts.
