摘要
详细分析了造成高线精轧机润滑系统油液污染的典型因素,并提出了有效预防改进措施,为预防润滑油污染起到有效指导作用,降低了由于油品清洁度不合格引起辊箱油膜轴承烧损的故障误时,为设备稳定运行提供优质可靠润滑油保障.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the typical factors causing oil pollution in lubrication system of high-speed wire finishing mill in detail,and puts forward effective prevention and improvement measures,which play an effective guiding role in preventing lubricant pollution,reduces oil film bearing burning of roller box caused by unqualified oil cleanliness and provide high-quality and reliable lubricant guarantee for stable operation of equipment.
