Discussion and Prevention of Typical Pollution Problems in Lubrication System of High-speed Wire Finishing Mill
This paper analyzes the typical factors causing oil pollution in lubrication system of high-speed wire finishing mill in detail,and puts forward effective prevention and improvement measures,which play an effective guiding role in preventing lubricant pollution,reduces oil film bearing burning of roller box caused by unqualified oil cleanliness and provide high-quality and reliable lubricant guarantee for stable operation of equipment.
