摘要
工业集控化是在工业生产过程中采用自动化技术和计算机控制技术,实现对生产过程的集中监控和管理.本文以石灰回转窑产线多系统实现集控化为例,在现有HMI系统中采用西门子、DCS控制系统、施耐德等多种控制系统,在上位机中重新构建HMI,以实现设备生产过程的自动化、智能化和高效化.
Abstract
Industrial centralized control is using automation technology and computer control technology in the industrial production process to realize centralized monitoring and management of the production process.This paper takes the multi-system centralized control of lime rotary kiln production line as an example,and adopts Siemens,DCS control system,Schneider control system and other control systems in the existing HMI system,and reconstructs HMI in the upper computer to realize the automation,intelligentization and high efficiency of equipment production process.
