摘要
应用红外相机热成像测温技术,将相机摄取的上升管画面信号传输至主机,由专业软件对信号进行解析,获取上升管实时温度,解决传统上升管热工仪表测量不准、损耗大、施工维护困难的问题.为上升管测温提供一种光学的无接触式新技术,经实际应用验证,测温效果较好.
Abstract
Using infrared camera thermal imaging temperature measurement technology to transmit the picture signal of rising pipe captured by the camera to the host,analyzing the signal by professional software to obtain the real-time temperature of the rising pipe,the problems of inaccurate measurement,large loss and difficult construction and maintenance of traditional rising pipe thermal instruments were solved.This paper provides a new optical non-contact technology for rising pipe temperature measurement.After actual application,it is verified that the temperature measurement effect is good.
