摘要
针对钢轨翻轨作业中常使用液压起吊装置对钢轨进行起吊旋转存在的浪费人力及安全问题,在铁路线路钢轨磨损超限后,研制了专用施工工具-钢轨吊装的工作面旋转装置,对磨损超限钢轨作业面进行翻转使用,有效降低了作业过程中施工机械的使用和作业人员的劳动强度.
Abstract
In view of the waste of manpower and safety problems that hydraulic lifting device is often used to lift and rotate the rail in the rail turning operation,after the railway rail wear exceeds the limit,a special construction tool---rotating device of rail hoisting operation face is developed to turn over the rail operation face when its wear exceeds the limit,which effectively reduces the use of construction machinery and the labor intensity of operators in the operation process.
