摘要
转炉汽化冷却系统在炼钢生产起到关键作用,其中汽包水位控制是其核心.转炉炼钢生产过程中,特别是吹炼时,汽包水位波动较大,汽包水位是转炉运行过程中的一个重要监控参数,因此需要保证汽包水位检测准确,同时控制水位稳定对转炉冶炼生产非常重要,反映了转炉负荷与给水的动态平衡关系.转炉汽包水位的控制,不但会影响到汽化冷却系统正常运转,还会影响到转炉生产和人员安全.通过对汽包水位检测研究对比,提升转炉汽化冷却系统运行的稳定性和安全性.
Abstract
Converter vaporization cooling systems play a key role in steelmaking production,with drum level control at its core.In the process of converter steelmaking,especially during blowing,the water level of the steam drum fluctuates greatly,and the water level of the steam drum is an important monitoring parameter during the operation of the converter,so it is necessary to ensure the accurate detection of the water level of the steam drum,and the control of the water level stability is very important for the converter smelting production.It reflects the dynamic equilibrium relationship between converter load and feed water.The control of the water level of the converter steam drum will not only affect the normal operation of the vaporization cooling system,but also affect the production and personnel safety of the converter.
