摘要
分析了鞍钢鞍山基地大连铸钢水运输目前运输现状以及存在的相关问题,结合鞍钢目前新 1 号高炉以及炼铁新区铁水 1 人乘遥控驾驶机车以及调度指挥模式,提出在大连铸区域实行无人驾驶模式的新运输模式,并分析了实施后产生的经济效益和安全效益.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the current transportation status and related problems of molten cast steel transportation from Dalian to Anshan base of Ansteel Group Corp.,Ltd.,combined with the single-person driving locomotive remote control and dispatching command mode of molten steel in the current new No.1 blast furnace in Ansteel Group Corp.,Ltd.and new iron-making area,puts forward a new transportation mode of autonomous driving mode in Dalian steel casting area,and analyzes the economic and safety benefits after the implementation.
