摘要
主要介绍了某钢厂炼钢工序余热蒸汽利用的方案.通过技术改进优化采用蓄热器和发电机组联调自动控制技术,提高了炼钢余热蒸汽的利用效率及回收率,避免了蒸汽系统的安全隐患,具有较好的经济性和安全性.
Abstract
This paper mainly introduces the scheme of utilizing waste heat steam in steelmaking process of a certain steel mill.Through technical improvement and optimization,the automatic control technology of joint commissioning of heat accumulator and generator set is adopted,which improves the utilization efficiency and recovery rate of steelmaking waste heat steam,avoids the potential safety hazards of steam system,and has good economic and safe properties.
