摘要
为了优化企业设备管理程序,有效提高设备管理工作效率,提升企业设备管理水平,通过对标准化的理念、提高企业设备管理工作效率、提升企业核心竞争力、企业设备管理的推进与传承四个方面进行阐述,从管理标准化、技术标准化、作业标准化三个方面分析企业设备管理需要标准化的主要元素,构建完备的标准化设备管理体系.在设备管理中应用标准化,能够规范管理,最大程度发挥设备的性能,标准化管理材料备件,降低设备运行及维修管理成本,提高设备综合管理效率,更好服务于企业生产经营管理.
Abstract
In order to optimize enterprise equipment management procedures,effectively improve equipment management efficiency and improve the level of enterprise equipment management,by expounding these four aspects:the concept of standardization,improving the efficiency of enterprise equipment management,enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprise,and promoting and inheriting enterprise equipment management,this paper analyzes the main elements of enterprise equipment management that need standardization from three aspects:management standardization,technical standardization and operation standardization,and constructs a complete standardized equipment management system.The application of standardization in equipment management can standardize management,maximize the performance of equipment,standardize the management of materials and spare parts,reduce equipment operation and maintenance management costs,improve the efficiency of comprehensive equipment management,and better serve the production and operation management of enterprises.
