可持续发展是全球面临的重要议题,可再生能源对全球可持续发展具有重要而深远的意义."可再生能源资源还有很大的未利用空间"与"消费端的用能需求得不到及时满足"的悖论在很大程度上阻碍了可持续发展进程.产消一元化范式的基础是以可再生能源利用为导向的新质生产力,核心是生产工具的技术突破,重点是生产对象的转变,必将根本改变生产关系.在《变革我们的世界:2030 年可持续发展议程》的人类、地球、繁荣、和平、伙伴关系的"5P"目标维度中,可再生能源产消一元化范式的发展有利于增强能源供给、减轻能源贫困,降低高碳比例、助力气候治理,催生缝隙创新、解除高碳锁定,弱化能源战争逻辑、保障长期和平,培育共同利益驱动国际合作,从而推动实现全球可持续发展目标.
Unified Transformation of Renewable Energy Production and Consumption:Advancing Sustainable Development Goals
Sustainable development stands as a critical global issue,with renewable energy playing a significant and far-reaching role in advancing this agenda.The paradox of"significant untapped potential in renewable energy resources"coupled with"untimely fulfillment of energy demand at the consumption end"has,to a large extent,hindered the progress of sustainable development.The paradigm of unified production and consumption is founded on a new quality of productive forces oriented towards the utilization of renewable energy.Its core involves technological breakthroughs in production tools,emphasizing a fundamental shift in the production object,and is poised to fundamentally alter production relationships.Within the dimensions of the"5P"goals—People,Planet,Prosperity,Peace,and Partnerships—outlined in the"Transforming Our World:The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development,"the development of the unified paradigm for renewable energy production and consumption contributes to enhancing energy supply,alleviating energy poverty,reducing high carbon proportions to aid climate governance,fostering innovative solutions to break free from carbon dependency,weakening the logic of energy conflicts to ensure long-term peace,and cultivating internationally cooperative efforts driven by shared interests.Ultimately,this promotes the achievement of global Sustainable Development Goals.
