Construction and Application of the Evaluation Model for the Political Loyalty Perspective of Political and Legal Officers
Strengthening the construction of political loyalty among political and legal officers is a strategic requirement for the great cause of the new era.This study,based on a clear understanding of the value implications of political loyalty perspectives,employs open-ended questionnaire surveys and the Delphi method to construct an evaluation model and indicator system for assessing the political loyalty perspectives of political and legal officers.Analysis of empirical survey data from 11,215 political and legal officers confirms the good fit of the constructed evaluation model for the political loyalty perspectives of political and legal officers,demonstrating its effectiveness in measuring their political loyalty perspectives.The aim is to provide data support and empirical evidence for the cultivation and enhancement of political loyalty perspectives among political and legal officers,as well as to offer targeted policy recommendations and decision-making support for the improvement of governance capabilities and the enhancement of governance and service levels by the Party and government.
