This paper analyse the cost control,internal control and other aspects of the production,operation and financial status changes before and after the implementation of the old and new kinetic energy transformation of the only listed steel company in Shandong Province,then puts forward insights and suggestions on how to better achieve high-quality development and enhance essential operations in the steel industry in the future and strengthen corresponding risk prevention.
