摘要

采用电炉、精炼和中方坯连铸机开发高等级磨球用钢.化学成分实行窄带严格控制,严格控制碳偏析指数,通过对裂纹形态和脱碳层检验分析.检验结果:横向断面切片可见裂纹与钢材外边缘成一定夹角,有一定深度,而末端圆滑无尖角,钢材缺陷开口外钢材表面和裂纹内部都存在明显的脱碳现象,判断为折叠缺陷.

Abstract

High grade grinding ball steel is developed by Electric Furnace,refining and billet caster.The chemical composition is strictly controlled by narrow band,and the carbon segregation index is strictly controlled.The results show that the transverse section section shows that the crack is at a certain angle with the outer edge of the steel and has a certain depth,but the end is smooth and without sharp angle,it is judged as a folding defect.
