污染源在线监测设备管控系统利用人脸识别技术实现站房门禁管控;通过高清摄像头对进出站房人员、各类监测仪器及采样平台的监控录像;利用动态管控仪对在线分析仪进行监管,实现废水、废气排放测量过程的分析仪器工作状态、工作参数、日志、状态、参数、现场视频调阅、数采视频报警联动;将企业视频图像数据接入地市视频平台进行联网,同时推送到省级视频平台,由省级视频平台推送到污染源在线分析平台,实现数采、视频、门禁报警联动功能,对污染源企业生产和排污进行全面监控管理,实现企业排污监测过程各个环节的管控.
CONSTRUCTION AND APPLICATION OF POLLUTION SOURCE ONLINE MONITORING EQUIPMENT CONTROL SYSTEM
The pollution source online monitoring equipment control system utilizes facial recognition technology to achieve station building access control;Monitor and record personnel entering and exiting the station building,various monitoring instruments,and sampling platforms through high-definition cameras;Utilize dynamic control instruments to monitor online analyzers and achieve the analysis instrument's working status,working parameters,logs,status,parameters,on-site video access,and data acquisition video alarm linkage during the measurement process of wastewater and exhaust emissions;Connect enterprise video image data to local video platforms for networking,and push it to provincial-level video platforms.The provincial-level video platforms then push it to the pollution source online analysis platform,achieving linkage functions of data acquisition,video,and access control alarm.This enables comprehensive monitoring and management of production and pollution discharge by pollution source enterprises,and controls various aspects of the enterprise's pollution monitoring process.
