摘要
主要介绍了钢铁企业对相关方安全管理的对策与实施,随着专业分工的不断细化,相关方单位也越来越多,工作方式、作业内容等也越来越复杂.因此针对目前钢铁行业的严峻形势及企业内相关方管理的现状,从相关方的资格准入、审核备案、人员安全培训、四同时及过程安全管理要素,找到一个切实有效的相关方安全管理方法.从相关方在企业内不同的阶段的安全管理要点进行分析,实行全过程、全专业、全风险、全局性的的安全管理模式,提高对相关方的安全管理水平.
Abstract
The article mainly introduces the countermeasures and implementation of safety management for relevant parties in steel enterprises.With the continuous refinement of professional division of labor,there are more and more related units,and the work methods and job content are becoming more and more complex.Therefore,in response to the current severe situation in the steel industry and the current situation of stakeholder management within the enterprise,a practical and effective stakeholder safety management method should be found from the aspects of stakeholder qualification admission,review and filing,personnel safety training,four simultaneities,and process safety management elements.Analyze the safety management points of stakeholders at different stages within the enterprise,implement a comprehensive,professional,risk,and global safety management model,and improve the level of safety management for stakeholders.
