THE CONSTRUCTION AND PRACTICE OF A"DIGITAL"FACTORY FOR THE ENTIRE PRODUCTION PROCESS
With the rapid development of information technology and the rise of intelligent manufacturing concepts,the construction and practice of"digital"factories throughout the production process have become important strategies for enterprise transformation and upgrading.This article takes the construction and practice of a"digital"factory throughout the production process as the research object.Through sorting and analyzing relevant literature,it explores the basic principles,key technologies,and the role and effects of factory digitization in practical applications.Research has found that factory digitization can achieve comprehensive monitoring and management of the production process,improve production efficiency,reduce costs,enhance quality and flexibility.However,there are still some problems and challenges in practical applications,such as technical difficulties,data security,and personnel training.Therefore,further promoting the construction and practice of digitalization in factories requires strengthening technological research and development,and strengthening data security protection,and personnel training,in order to promote the digital transformation and intelligent development of enterprises.
