In today's society,environmental protection has become an increasingly concerned issue.The blast furnace tapping area,especially the front area near the iron mouth and slag iron ditch,is the place with the most operators,the worst working conditions,and the lowest level of automation in the entire blast furnace workshop.It is also the key and difficult point of dust removal in the blast furnace process.By briefly describing the environmental protection facilities in front of the furnace,analyzing the causes and distribution of smoke and dust in the iron mouth area,and identifying the shortcomings,some modifications were made to achieve higher environmental standards in front of the furnace.
