ANALYSIS OF THE DEVELOPMENT CONDITIONS OF SUBORDINATE OPERATING COMPANY OF CHINA'S FIRST PROVINCIAL METALLURGICAL INDUSTRIAL PARK
This article takes the subordinate operating company of China's first provincial metallurgical industrial park as a sample,points out the problems and risks in its development according to its business conditions and the regional economic development situation.Then this article puts forward risk prevention suggestions such as:the company's business development should match its own solvency and the economic situation of the park;the company should develop leasing and service and other businesses which can provide stable cash flow;the company should strengthen capital recovery and reduce external guarantees.It is hoped that the research results of this article can be used for enlightenment and reference by other industrial park subordinate companies.
