This article introduces the innovation of quality supervision methods used in the front system of Nangang Iron and Steel.From the aspects of raw material risk point control,iron material survey,pre inspection,material survey,evaluation portrait,process inspection,etc.,the process and product quality are improved,thereby improving the practical process of iron front quality management.
