This article studies the analysis of carbon content segregation in steel using a direct reading spectrometer.Through multi-point detection,sample preparation depth,and carbon sulfur analyzer comparison and verification,the optimal analysis conditions are found,and relevant control measures are determined to meet the accuracy requirements of high carbon steel detection.
