摘要

漏镀是镀锌较常见的缺陷之一,影响漏镀缺陷的因素繁多,常见的原因包括原料污染、还原不充分、炉子密封性不良、氧含量过高、锌灰压入、炉辊结瘤等.针对一种产线突发的漏镀进行分析,借助扫描电镜及能谱仪(EDS)进行成分检测,并结合现场生产实况,判断出该漏镀缺陷是由于退火炉NOF段耐材脱落破碎,在复杂的炉内气体流场下,粉尘类耐材黏附至带钢表面导致.通过炉内清理、破碎耐材修复、带钢合理过渡等措施,有效抑制了该缺陷产生,表面质量得到提升.

Abstract

Zinc Leakage is one of the most common defects of galvanizing.There are many factors affecting the defects of leakage plating.The common reasons include:raw material pollution,insufficient reduction,poor sealing of the furnace,too high oxygen content,zinc dross pressing,and furnace roller nodules,etc.This article analyzes a sudden zinc Leakage on a production line,and uses SEM and EDS for composition detection.Based on the on-site production situation,it is determined that the leakage plating defect is caused by the detachment and fragmentation of the refractory material in the NOF section.Under the complex gas flow field in the furnace,dust resistant materials adhere to the surface of the strip steel resulting in the leakage plating defect.Through measures such as cleaning inside the furnace,repairing broken refractory materials,and reasonable transition of strip steel,the occurrence of this defect has been effectively suppressed,and the surface quality has been improved.
