CONTROL ANALYSIS OF HEAD PLATE SHAPE OF COLD-ROLLED HIGH-STRENGTH STEEL HOT-ROLLED BASE MATERIAL
In view of the problem of head plate shape defects in the production of high-strength steel base materials above the 590Mpa level of cold-rolled 2300mm line of this steel,the plate shape quality problem is analysed from the aspects of process,equipment and model control,and the cause of the head plate shape quality problem is explained in detail.It is proposed to optimise the plate shape problem by optimising the roller temperature calculation model,optimising the temperature process and rolling model control,and improving the accuracy of the equipment,so that the head shape control of the high-strength steel base material above the 590Mpa level of cold-rolled steel 2300mm line has achieved remarkable results,which is of great guiding significance.And objective economic benefits.
