The causes of continuous hot galvanized plate leakage are classified and analyzed,and the causes are precisely determined by metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum,and improvement measures are put forward to improve the surface quality of galvanized plate and reduce the occurrence of leakage.
