RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF EQUIPMENT ONLINE MONITORING AND DIAGNOSIS TECHNOLOGY
This article briefly discusses that Tangshan Iron and Steel Company of Hegang cannot achieve early knowledge,prediction,and diagnosis of equipment faults through ordinary daily inspection systems.By establishing an equipment status monitoring system,it gradually transitions from emergency maintenance and preventive maintenance to predictive and proactive maintenance,thereby reducing unplanned downtime and improving production efficiency.
