APPLICATION OF SHAPE CONTROL TECHNOLOGY IN THE PRODUCTION OF 4300 mm WIDE AND THICK PLATE
This article introduces the experience and application of plate shape control technology on the 4300mm production line of Laigang Yinshan Steel Co.,Ltd.The plate shape problem of plate and strip products directly affects the subsequent process and user production,and is a key issue of concern in the rolling field.During the steel plate rolling process,problems such as sickle bending,edge waves,middle waves,thick gauge warping,and barrel shape are mainly generated.Through a series of control technologies,measures have been proposed to solve various problems in the shape of the production line,and the results are obvious.
