富硫气管道净化排水装置改造

介绍了烧结生产过程中产生大量烟气,烟气通过脱硫脱硝工序中吸附塔内的活性炭吸附,活性炭在解析塔里进行解析,产生富含SO2 的混合气体,混合气体通过管道和风机输送至制酸系统,在混合气体输送过程,烟气温度下降,输送富硫气在管道内产生冷凝水.管道内冷凝水会与富硫气中SO2 和SO3 形成稀酸,加剧富硫气管道与冷凝水外排系统腐蚀,降低设备使用寿命,产生漏酸漏气等安全事故,影响正常生产过程,所以管道内冷凝水需要定期外排.通过实施改造方案,解决生产过程中存在的问题,该方案结构简单、使用方便,利用大气环境与富硫气管道内压差,实现了无动力排水,且在正常生产过程中排水一直在自动持续进行,极大程度减少稀酸带来的危害,避免人工定期排水存在的劳动强度大、工作环境差及安全健康隐患,大大提高了排水的效率和效果.
RENOVATION OF PURIFICATION AND DRAINAGE DEVICE OF SULFUR-RICH GAS PIPELINE
The paper introduces a large amount of flue gas produced in the sintering production process,the flue gas is adsorbed by activated carbon in the adsorption tower in the desulfurization and denitrification process,and the activated carbon is analyzed in the analysis tower to produce the mixed gas rich in SO2,and the mixed gas is transported to the acid production system through the pipeline and fan.During the mixed gas transportation process,the temperature of the flue gas drops,and the transportation of sulfur-rich gas will produce condensate in the pipeline.The condensate water in the pipeline will form dilute acid with SO2 and SO3 in the sulfur-rich gas,which will aggravate the corrosion of the sulfur-rich gas pipeline and the condensate drainage system,reduce the service life of the equipment,and cause acid and gas leakage and other safety accidents,affecting the normal production process.Therefore,the condensate water in the pipeline needs to be drained regularly.This paper describes a transformation scheme to completely solve the problems in the production process.The scheme is simple in structure and easy to use.It makes use of the atmospheric environment and the pressure difference in the sulfur-rich gas pipeline to realize no power drainage.It also avoids the labor intensity,poor working environment and safety and health hazards existing in manual regular drainage,and greatly improves the efficiency and effect of drainage.
