This article mainly analyzes the bond issuance of the iron and steel industry in 2014～2023,finds that the net financing amount of the steel industry bonds fluctuates greatly,the net financing scale declines,and the expansion of specific types of bonds.Suggestions are put forward for actively issuing innovative varieties and flexibly using convertible bonds and exchangeable bond as financing methods,hoping to provide some inspiration and assistance for the financing of steel enterprise bonds.
