EXLORATLON OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY LITERATURE INFORMATION SERVICES IN CORPORATE LIBRARY UNDER THE NEW SITUATION
This article first analyzes the current situation of enterprise libraries,and then introduces the construction of scientific and technological literature resources in enterprise libraries,including improving and perfecting Chinese and foreign scientific and technological literature resources,constructing enterprise related institutional knowledge bases and characteristic database resources,and strengthening cooperation with external library and information institutions;Then,the focus was on elaborating on the scientific and technological literature information services of enterprise libraries.On the basis of conventional information services,value-added deep level information services were expanded,including related information services such as intellectual property,enterprise industry competitive intelligence,think tank decision-making,and personalized customization;Finally,we talked about talent cultivation in enterprise libraries;To provide reference for the transformation and development of enterprise libraries in the new situation.
