This paper aims to explore the training direction of skilled personnel in iron and steel enterprises.With the rapid development of technology and the continuous advancement of industry reforms,the production equipment in iron and steel enterprises has been continuously upgraded,and the level of intelligence has been increasing,which has subsequently altered the requirements for operational skilled personnel.Through a thorough analysis of the current status of skilled personnel in iron and steel enterprises,this paper clarifies their development direction and the challenges they face,proposes practical training objectives and pathways,and elucidates the positive impact of such training on the entire iron and steel industry,providing robust talent support for its development.
