In recent years,"Laid-back"culture has become popular,and more and more"Laid-back"employees have emerged in the workplace.They pursue a"Laid-back"attitude of"whatever works".On the surface,this is a reflection of employees'indifferent psychological quality,but in essence it is a mentality of"not making progress".The"Laid-back"culture is not conducive to improving the company's innovative and competitive strength,but also conducive to the long-term development of employees.This paper analyzes the cultural phenomenon of"Laid-back",then finds out the real needs behind the"Laid-back"employees,and provide incentives to the"Laid-back"employees,so as to achieve the effect of motivating employees.
