ANALYSIS OF SHANGH STEEL UNION'S ESG GOVERNANCE AND FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE
By analyzing the ESG governance and financial performance of Shanghai Steel Union,it was found that it has taken a series of effective measures in ESG areas such as clarifying responsibility organizations,supporting green and low-carbon development in the industry,assuming social responsibility,and technological innovation.In terms of finance,the operating efficiency fluctuates greatly but remains at a high level,the profit margin is small,the financial leverage is high,and the debt paying ability is weak.Finally,relevant suggestions were put forward in terms of the organic integration of ESG concepts and corporate operations,ESG report disclosure,and grasping the dividends of the digital economy.
