In light of the issues such as the control in the converter steelmaking process being highly dependent on manual experience and significant variations in product quality among different furnace heats,this paper presents an introduction to One-click intelligent steelmaking technology based on the new generation sub lance.This technology realizes the full-process intelligent control from smelting to tapping through advanced intelligent control models and monitoring systems,significantly enhancing production efficiency and product quality,reducing raw material and energy consumption,shortening the smelting cycle,and improving the economic benefits of enterprises.
