摘要
基于10年的长周期视角,对代表性研究型冶金高校进行就业结构分析,发现本科保持较高升学率、研究生体现出相对较强的就业"刚性"、制造业就业占比有所提升等现象,充分体现了相关部门的工作成效.同时提出了持续加强正向就业思想引导、对标落实人才培养目标、更好服务新型工业化进程和新质生产力发展、持续关注特殊群体毕业生等建议措施.
Abstract
Based on the long-period perspective of 10 years,this paper analyzes the employment structure of representative research-oriented metallurgical universities,and it is found out that the undergraduates maintain a high enrollment rate,the graduate students show relatively strong employment"rigidity",and the proportion of manufacturing employment has increased.Which fully reflects the work effectiveness of relevant departments.At the same time,some suggestions and measures are put forward,such as continuously strengthening the positive ideological guidance of employment,implementing the goal of talent training,better serving the process of new industrialization and the development of new quality productive forces,and paying continuous attention to the special groups of graduates.
