Impact of Differentiated Innovation Practices on Corporate Shared Value Goals
Nowadays,it is an important practical problem to be solved urgently how to find a new innovation paradigm under the condition of continuous breakthroughs in technological innovation and intensified social problems,so that enterprises can seek benefits while generating positive externalities.In view of this,it aims to explore the impact of differentiated corporate innovation behavior on the realization of corporate shared value goals.Using the panel data on 544 Chinese listed companies from 2010 to 2019,it explored the innovation drivers of social shared value goals and established a goal-seeking analysis paradigm for enterprises'differentiated innovative behavior practices.The results show that the impact of low-quality innovative behavior on the shared value goals of enterprises is not significant.The high degree of technological innovation of enterprises has a significant impact on business value,but only paying attention to the practice of social innovation behavior has no significant effect on the shared value goal of enterprises,which means that enterprises attach different levels of innovation behavior,and they share values with enterprises.The relationship between the goals will change accordingly.When enterprises practice high-quality behaviors,they have the most significant impact on shared value goals.Considering the'game nature'of enterprises'differentiated innovation behavior practices,it enriches the research on the relationship between enterprises'differentiated innovation behavior and shared value goals,and has certain reference significance for the sustainable development of enterprises.
